Our Story

Harrison and Courtney Culbreth have known each other since the age of five and grew up dancing together at the same dance studio. They began dating when they were In high school, have been happily married since April 2022 and have a son, Ace that is 3 years old! Harrison and Courtney have always shared a passion for dance. They travel around the Carolinas together teaching and setting choreography! Over the years, their passion for creating a dance experience grew and they were excited to build Endless from the ground up together! Being a young husband and wife duo, they can't wait to share their fresh, trendy and family oriented vision with the dance community like it has never seen before!

The Launch

In 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 shutdown, Endless was born out of a simple belief: dancers deserved a way to keep doing what they loved. As studios closed their doors and performance opportunities disappeared, we saw how much dancers missed the stage, the excitement of performing, and the sense of community that dance provides.

Determined to create a safe opportunity for dancers to perform again, we set out to do something different. With the support of an incredible team and while following all local and state COVID-19 guidelines, we transformed a warehouse in Greensboro, North Carolina into a state of the art dance competition facility. What was once an empty warehouse became a fully produced venue complete with professional staging, lighting, video production, and a fresh approach to the competition experience.

From the beginning, our focus was simple. Put children first and bring the fun back into dance events. We wanted dancers to feel celebrated, encouraged, and inspired from the moment they walked through the doors. Every decision was made with the dancer experience in mind, creating an atmosphere that felt exciting, positive, and welcoming during a time when so much uncertainty surrounded the industry.

That vision quickly connected with the dance community. Our very first pop up solo competition welcomed 97 soloists and was live streamed to family and friends who could not attend in person. The event reached more than 11,000 viewers, showing just how eager dancers, families, and studios were to reconnect through the art form they loved.

What started as a way to help dancers get back on stage quickly grew into something much bigger. The support from dancers, teachers, studio owners, and families helped lay the foundation for what Endless has become today. A community built on connection, belonging, and a shared love for dance. Those same values continue to guide everything we do as we create experiences where dancers can perform, grow, and truly feel at home.

All In

After nearly half a dozen successful pop up solo competitions and with the dance industry finally beginning to return to normal, we truly believed Endless had served its purpose. Our goal was never to build a company or create a tour. We simply wanted to give dancers a chance to perform during a time when opportunities were limited and uncertainty surrounded every corner of the industry. As competitions, conventions, and studio activities began returning across the country, we assumed our chapter had come to an end.

What we did not anticipate was the impact those events would have on the dancers, families, and studio owners who experienced them. The feedback was overwhelming. People connected with the energy, the atmosphere, and the way the events made them feel. Dancers felt celebrated. Parents felt welcomed. Studio owners appreciated the positive environment and the focus on creating an experience that put children first. We quickly realized that what had started as a temporary solution had become something people genuinely wanted more of.

Taking a leap of faith, we made a decision that would change everything. In October of 2021, Endless returned and hosted its first ever convention and competition event. We had no idea what to expect. What we did know was that if we were going to continue, we wanted to stay true to the values that had brought us this far. We wanted to create an event where dancers could grow, be inspired, and most importantly, have fun.

That first convention and competition exceeded every expectation we had. Dancers traveled from across the country to be part of the experience. The energy throughout the weekend was unlike anything we had imagined. The event welcomed 277 dancers and the response from studios and families confirmed what we had begun to suspect. Endless was becoming more than an event. It was becoming a community.

The momentum continued to build, and in 2022 we officially launched the I Am Endless Tour. What began as a warehouse pop up during a global shutdown evolved into a multi city dance experience featuring four competition cities and one convention and competition event. For the first time, we committed ourselves fully to the vision and began building a future for Endless.

It was in that moment that we knew this was bigger than us. Endless was no longer about filling a gap during a difficult season. It was about creating a place where dancers could belong, where studios could feel supported, and where families could make memories that would last long after the weekend ended.

From that point forward, we were all in.

The Now

Seven years removed from those warehouse days, it is still hard to believe how far this journey has come. What began as a single event created to help dancers get back on stage has grown into something we never could have imagined. Every season, we have the privilege of welcoming thousands of dancers, teachers, studio owners, and families who share the same passion for dance and the same belief that these experiences can make a lasting impact on a child's life.

While Endless has grown significantly over the years, our mission has never changed. We remain committed to creating events that inspire, encourage, and celebrate every dancer who walks through our doors. Whether it is a dancer attending their very first convention class, stepping onto a competition stage for the first time, or preparing for the final performance of their dance career, we strive to create moments they will remember forever.

Today, Endless spans eight states and continues to expand as more studios and families become part of our community. In 2027, we will host ten convention events and four regional competitions, bringing together dancers from across the country to learn, perform, and connect with one another. What excites us most is not the number of cities or events, but the opportunity to continue building meaningful experiences in each community we visit.

As Endless has grown, so has the family behind it. Many of the dancers who attended our earliest events still join us today. We have watched young dancers grow into leaders, the family of faculty members grow, and friendships formed at our events continue long after the weekend is over. Those relationships are the foundation of everything we do.

Looking back, we are incredibly grateful for every dancer, parent, teacher, studio owner, staff member, and faculty member who has believed in our vision along the way. Endless would not exist without the support of the dance community that embraced an idea during one of the most challenging periods our industry has ever faced.

The future of Endless is brighter than ever, but our focus remains the same as it was in 2020. Create a place where dancers feel valued, inspired, supported, and at home. We are honored to play a small role in the journey of the next generation, and we cannot wait to see where the road ahead takes us.
